Why choose polypropylene?
PP, commonly known as hundred times glue, clinker.
Compared with high-density polyethylene (HDPE), PP has higher tensile strength, flexibility and impact resistance! The cage has better wear resistance and fall resistance. HDPE has a relatively large heat shrinkage rate, which will cause irregular deformation of the cage, so PP is the most suitable material.
Of course, we can also customize products made of HDPE. Although the cost of HDPE is low, its safety remains to be verified! The cost of new materials is higher, but the safety is higher.
Why choose new materials?
The source of recycled materials is mostly domestic garbage and waste items, and then they are melted and spun under limited conditions. Their safety and service life have yet to be verified!
The new material is made of new raw materials. Although the cost is higher, it is safer and the product has a longer service life and is more durable.
